Integrated Staging

It can be a real challenge to live in a home that is on the market. At Arden Bell, we work with your items and integrate items from our inventory to create an elevated and cohesive look that you can live in. Whether its a couple of key pieces, an entire room or just some fresh artwork and accessories, we create a look that feels lived-in but aspirational and photo ready.

Staging Consultation

During a short visit to your home, we evaluate your homes layout, flow, lighting, and finishes. We provide recommendations for furniture placement, decluttering, what to keep and store and any cosmetic repairs. You’ll receive a clear prioritized action plan to prepare your home for listing from the curb to the backyard.
